Steadfast Design Co. is a brand new joint venture between Nathan Causey and David Hotard. Together, they have a combined 20 years of experience developing consumer products and offer complementary skillsets that can effectively take products from ideation to launch. They have worked alongside each other in varying capacities over the past decade. While they are both capable of taking products through the engineering process, David brings a unique perspective to the front-end of projects and Nathan adds engineering rigor and project management experience. They offer an holistic process difficult to find among freelancers without the overhead of larger firms.

Graco Sit ‘N Grow playard features an innovative topper that adds longevity to a typically short-lived bassinet by converting to an infant seat that can be used for many more months. Baby can enjoy the positioning of “floor seats” while being safely elevated for improved parent interaction.
